# Vintage Vocoder End User Licence Agreement

## The short version

Vintage Vocoder is free for personal and commercial use. You do not need to
buy, install or license TayPE to use it. There is no trial period or paid
licence tier for Vintage Vocoder.

You may use it to make records, mixes, demos, edits and other audio works,
including monetised releases, paid client work and work for studios, businesses,
labels and organisations.

Vintage Vocoder is provided as-is. Keep backups and check your sessions and
exports.

## Full EULA

This agreement covers Vintage Vocoder FX distributed by Ruminant Audio Works.
By installing, opening or using Vintage Vocoder, you accept this agreement.

## What you can do

You may install and use Vintage Vocoder at no charge for personal and commercial
audio work. No TayPE purchase or licence is required. There is no trial expiry,
subscription or payment requirement for this use of Vintage Vocoder.

You may publish, monetise and otherwise use the audio works you make with
Vintage Vocoder. Ruminant Audio Works does not claim ownership of those works
because you used the plug-in.

This free licence covers Vintage Vocoder. It does not grant a licence to TayPE
or change the terms of other Ruminant Audio Works products.

## Ownership

Vintage Vocoder is licensed, not sold. Ownership of the software and its
intellectual property remains with the respective rights holders.

## What you cannot claim

Vintage Vocoder is provided "as is". No warranty whatsoever is provided. There
is no promise that it is error-free, uninterrupted, secure or suitable for any
particular studio, session, system or workflow.

There is no guarantee of fitness for any purpose. If Vintage Vocoder loses
work, corrupts data, misbehaves, crashes or fails to meet your expectations,
that risk stays with you, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

## Risk

You are responsible for backups, exports, session checks, compatibility checks
and the decisions you make while using the software. Loading successfully in
one host or session is not a guarantee of compatibility with another.

## Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ruminant Audio Works is not liable for
any loss, damage, cost, claim or consequence arising from your use of Vintage
Vocoder or your inability to use it.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or restricts liability or statutory rights
that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

## Third-party software

Third-party software and components remain subject to their applicable
licences. This agreement does not replace those licences or restrict rights
they independently grant.

## Updates

Vintage Vocoder may change over time. New builds may alter features, fix bugs,
introduce new bugs or change compatibility. This agreement applies to those
builds unless a later version of the agreement replaces it.
